I engineer experiences with data, design thinking, and dogged questioning.

In the past, I have worked with business and design teams to shape products and services for leading companies including Google, Amgen, Best Buy, and EY.

In 2019, I traveled to Dubai to establish and scale a research lab at First Abu Dhabi Bank, one of the biggest banks in the world. I also rode a camel named Mo. Currently, I am Assistant Director, UX Research at EY.

Whether it's tailoring technology to user needs or thinking about how natural selection creates "endless forms most beautiful and most wonderful", the unifying theme across all my professional interests is complex adaptive design.
